Ideas worth sharing.

Some conversations deserve to travel beyond the room they started in. Through publications, podcasts, interviews and thought leadership, I explore the ideas at the heart of my work: integrated care, neighbourhood health, urgent and emergency care, health equity, leadership, representation and what it really takes to transform complex systems.

Thought leadership

I regularly write and speak about the issues shaping health and care, from why we are overcomplicating neighbourhood health to the need for a genuine left shift in both services and thinking. My reflections bring together system leadership with what I continue to learn from patients, communities and the people delivering care every day.

Some of my writing starts as a quick reflection on LinkedIn, in the moment, in response to what I’m seeing in clinics, boardrooms and conversations about the future of care. A few recent posts are below.
