From the consulting room to the boardroom.
Transforming systems. Empowering leaders. Speaking with purpose.
I’m Dr Agatha Nortley-Meshe, a practising GP, executive clinical and system leader, speaker and mentor.
I work with people, communities and organisations to create better connected, more equitable health and care, bringing together frontline clinical experience with more than 20 years of leadership across primary care, urgent and emergency care, system transformation and population health.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: people don’t experience healthcare as organisations, contracts or pathways. They experience a journey. And the interfaces between our services matter.
One body of experience, expressed three ways
Transforming Systems
Turning ambition into meaningful change. I help health and care organisations navigate complexity, break down organisational silos and build more integrated models of care, with a particular focus on neighbourhood health, urgent and emergency care, prevention and health equity.

Helping people lead with purpose, and as themselves. I create spaces for people to grow in confidence, understand their impact and lead with authenticity and compassion, particularly those who may not always see themselves reflected in traditional leadership spaces.

Ideas that challenge, connect and inspire action. From neighbourhood health and system transformation to health inequalities, inclusive leadership and the realities of leading through change, I bring lived experience, clinical insight and system leadership to every conversation.

Better care starts with better connections.
Between hospital and community. Primary and urgent care. Health and local government. Organisations and communities. Strategy and delivery.
I believe some of our greatest opportunities for change sit in the spaces between us. That is where I do much of my work.
